Shipping:

All orders are shipped via US Priority Mail.  Shipping costs vary depending on size and weight of package. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information about your order once it ships. For special requests or expedited orders please contact us via email at the address above. 

Item availability:

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover

Returns and Exchanges:

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.  Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached). Footwear will only be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged shoe box and without postal labels.  NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.  To make a return or exchange, please email us at the address above with your request and you will be given detailed instructions on how to proceed. 

Refunds:

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Privacy Policy:

Any personal information provided to DNA (the shop) will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.  Your personal information is secure with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

Security:

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, DNA (the shop) does not store your credit card information at any time.  Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
